Should we have bad weather and need to cancel a meeting at short notice we will email you on the morning and put a message on this page to let you know.
Please note that as this will be our Annual Meeting it will only be open to current members.
Also that we will collecting your annual subs – more details in the February newsletter – and carrying out our annual contact details check.
The Annual meeting is held straight after the normal business meeting, followed by refreshmants and then some fun ..Dog Bingo !
Should anyone else wish to be nominated to stand on next year’s committee please email Christine or Biddy asap.
Prior to the meeting ; the Annual meeting Agenda, the Financial Statement (signed off by an independant examiner), Minutes of the 2025 Annual meeting and the Trustees annual report will be circulated via email to all members. Printed copies will also be available at the meeting. As usual there will be an opportunity for any questions, before any of these reports are put forward to be adopted.
Finally next year’s Committee will be introduced.
Do bring some cash : For the Sales table and the Monthly Raffle.
Please remember to wear your name badges to help us all learn each other’s names and also do remember your mug for your coffee or tea to save on the washing up.
